Du trainierst bei uns in kleinen Gruppen von maximal 7 Personen, dadurch sind wir in der Lage, vernünftig zu coachen

I am more than just a coach; I am a fitness enthusiast with a mission to inspire positive change through the power of CrossFit. My journey in the fitness world began in New York City in 2007, and since then, I've been on a mission to empower individuals to discover the best versions of themselves.

Coaching Philosophy: My coaching philosophy revolves around a holistic approach to health and wellness. I believe in the transformative power of CrossFit, not just as a workout routine but as a lifestyle that fosters mental resilience, physical strength, and a supportive community.

Credentials:
As a certified CrossFit Level 1 coach, I bring my years of training and martial arts background to our training sessions. My goal is to not only guide you through effective and challenging workouts but also to educate and empower you with the knowledge to make lasting lifestyle changes.
